Local Custom Orders
Most local custom orders are ready in 1-2 days. Same-day rush service may be available when possible.

How long does production take?
Local custom shirt orders are usually completed in 1-2 days after the order details are confirmed.
Online orders usually require 3-7 business days for production before shipping. During busy seasons, holidays, or large sale events, production may take longer.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time begins after production is complete and the package has been handed to the carrier.
- Standard shipping: usually 4-8 business days
- Priority or faster shipping: shown at checkout when available
- Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping may be available on qualifying online orders of $75 or more. The current shipping options and any free shipping offer will appear at checkout.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes. Local pickup is available by appointment only after your order is confirmed and ready. Pickup details will be provided when your order is complete.
What if I need my order by a certain date?
If you need shirts for an event, birthday, school function, business order, or deadline, please submit a quote request or email us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Weather, holidays, address issues, and carrier delays can affect delivery times.
If your tracking has not updated or you need help with an order, email us and include your order number.
