Where is TPMade located?

TPMade is based in Alexandria, Virginia. We serve local customers throughout Fairfax County and Northern Virginia.

Do you only serve local customers?

No. We offer local custom printing in Northern Virginia and also ship online orders across the United States.

Custom Shirt Orders

How do I get a quote for custom shirts?

Please use our quote form and include your design, shirt color, sizes, quantity, print location, and due date.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order 1 shirt or a larger group order.

How fast can local custom orders be ready?

Most local custom orders are ready in 1-2 days. Same-day rush service may be available depending on the order, shirt availability, and current workload.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes. Local pickup is available by appointment after your order is confirmed and ready.

What shirt colors do you usually have available?

Common in-stock colors include white, black, royal blue, sport grey, and navy. Other colors may be available depending on the order.

Can you print on the front and back?

Yes. We can print front only, back only, or both front and back. Two-sided printing adds an additional charge per shirt.

Online Orders

Do you ship online orders across the U.S.?

Yes. Online orders can be shipped anywhere in the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on the item, processing time, shipping method, and carrier. Tracking information will be sent when your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping may be available on qualifying online orders. The current shipping options and any free shipping offer will appear at checkout.

Can I change or cancel an online order?

Email us as soon as possible at support@tpmade.com. If the order has already been printed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Product Questions

What printing methods do you use?

We use DTG and DTF printing for full-color custom apparel.

How do your shirts fit?

Fit can vary by shirt style and brand. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.

How should I wash my printed shirt?

For best results, wash inside out with cold water, use mild detergent, and tumble dry low. Do not bleach, and do not iron directly over the printed design.

Returns and Order Issues

What if I receive the wrong item or size?

Please email support@tpmade.com with your order number and photos of the item received. We will review the issue and help make it right.

Can I return a custom order?

Custom and personalized orders are made for each customer, so they are generally not returnable for size changes, design changes, or change of mind. If there is a printing mistake or order issue, please email us so we can review it.

Can I return an online order?

Return eligibility depends on the item and condition. Please review our Refund Policy or email support@tpmade.com for help.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an order mistake on our side.
