Refund and Return Policy
Because many TPMade items are custom printed or printed on demand, please review this policy before placing your order.

Quick Summary
Custom shirts, personalized items, and print-on-demand products are made for each order and are generally final sale.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us and we will review the issue.
Custom and Print-on-Demand Items
Custom orders, personalized designs, and print-on-demand items are made specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Wrong color selected by the customer
- Change of mind after ordering
- Design, spelling, or artwork details approved or submitted by the customer
- Slight color differences between screen previews and the final printed product
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item, defective print, wrong size, wrong color, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery or local pickup.
Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging if applicable.
If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom printed, personalized, worn, washed, used, or print-on-demand items unless there is an approved order issue.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Cancellations and Order Changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed.
Once an order has entered production, been printed, or been shipped, it usually cannot be canceled or changed.
Shipping Issues
Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed when available. Delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier after the package leaves production.
TPMade is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Production or Shipping Delays
We do our best to produce and ship orders within the timeframe shown on our website or at checkout.
If an online order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an update. If required, we may offer a revised shipping estimate or a refund for the unshipped order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. After a refund is processed, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
