1. Our Services

This website is operated by T&P Made, LLC, doing business as TPMade. Throughout this site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TPMade.

We serve local custom printing customers in Alexandria, Fairfax County, and Northern Virginia. We also serve online customers throughout the United States.

2. Customer Information

When placing an order or submitting a quote request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. This may include your name, email address, billing information, shipping address, shirt sizes, shirt colors, quantities, due dates, artwork, design files, and order notes.

You are responsible for reviewing your order details before submitting payment or approving a custom order.

3. Product Information

We do our best to display product photos, colors, descriptions, sizes, and pricing accurately.

Product colors and print appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, fabric color, garment type, and printing method. Slight differences in print placement, print size, color, and appearance may occur with custom apparel and print-on-demand products.

4. Custom Orders and Artwork

For custom orders, you are responsible for submitting correct artwork, spelling, names, dates, images, shirt sizes, shirt colors, quantities, and other order details.

By submitting artwork, logos, photos, text, or designs to TPMade, you confirm that you own the rights to use those materials or have permission from the rights owner.

You agree not to submit artwork or designs that violate copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of another person, business, or organization.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that contain illegal, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content.

5. Proofs, Quotes, and Approval

If we provide a quote, invoice, mockup, proof, or order confirmation, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully.

Once a custom order is approved, paid, printed, or moved into production, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

6. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

Payment must be received before an online order is processed or a custom order moves into production unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Prices, discounts, promotions, product availability, and shipping options may change without notice.

7. Production, Shipping, and Pickup

Production and shipping times are estimates unless we confirm a specific deadline in writing.

Most local custom orders are completed in 1-2 days after order details are confirmed. Same-day rush service may be available when possible.

Online orders may require production time before shipping. Shipping time begins after production is complete and the package has been handed to the carrier.

Once a package is with the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Carrier delays, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, and delivery issues may affect the final delivery date.

Local pickup is available by appointment only after your order is confirmed and ready.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Custom shirts, personalized items, and print-on-demand products are made for each order and are generally final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selected by the customer, wrong color selected by the customer, change of mind, or customer-submitted design errors.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please email support@tpmade.com with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, branding, page layouts, and other materials, belongs to TPMade or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or use our website content, product images, branding, or designs without written permission.

10. Reviews, Photos, and Feedback

If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, comments, feedback, or other content to TPMade, you allow us to use that content for business, website, marketing, and promotional purposes.

You are responsible for making sure any content you submit is accurate and does not violate the rights of others.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or misleading purposes.

You may not use our website or services to violate intellectual property rights, submit false information, upload harmful code, interfere with website operation, or engage in activity that harms TPMade, our customers, Shopify, or third-party service providers.

We may refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our website if we believe these terms have been violated.

12. Third-Party Services

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for checkout, payments, shipping, fulfillment, analytics, marketing, email, customer support, and other business operations.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, tools, or services that we do not control.

13. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, placing an order, or submitting a quote request, you acknowledge that we may collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Errors and Inaccuracies

Occasionally, information on our website may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, availability, or other details.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or refuse orders if any information is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except where otherwise stated by us in writing.

We do not guarantee that our website will always be available, secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TPMade will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

17. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify T&P Made, LLC, its owners, employees, service providers, partners, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our website, violation of these terms, or submission of artwork or content that violates the rights of another party.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the revised terms on this website.

Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
